Experience an hour of mindfulness meditation in motion. Being mindful of our feelings and connections are more important now than ever. Roll out your mat, refresh & re-set as we move through an hour of linking your breath to the flow of your body & mind finding a deeper means of connecting to the present moment. This is an all level class for beginners or experienced yogis. Mat & water bottle needed.

Pam Scroggins is a 300-KTT who started her journey into yoga 7 years ago. Pam also has additional certificates of teaching in Yin yoga, Hatha yoga and is the founder of Breathing Corp yoga where she brings the awareness and importance and the benefits of yoga into the corporate workplace. She also shares a passion of her health and wellness in the area of personal fitness training and is a certified Piyo and Pilates instructor. In her classes Pam brings playful but, yet challenges you explore the limits of the mind and body.
