Description

Qigong is a practice similar to Yoga and Tai-Chi. It also offers similar evidenced based benefits. Many people find Qigong more approachable compared to other practices. No equipment or special clothing is needed. It can be done anywhere with very little space required. Many qigong movements are easy to learn and easy to do. A wonderful ongoing practice can be done using as few as three movements in as little as 15 minutes a day. Mike Griffin will be your instructor. He has three decades of experience. He offers clear, kind, and encouraging instruction. His mission is to share this enjoyable healing practice with others. Any required materials will be provided. Wear comfortable clothing to class.
