Description
In this 50 minute workout, we use light weights to lengthen, strengthen and tone the major muscles of the body, without building bulk. Pilates, movement and strength training is seamlessly blended to slenderize and energize. A mat and one set of light hand held weights (2-3lbs each) recommended.

Yoga mat & a set of light hand held weights (2-3lbs each)
