Description
Ayurveda is a 5,000 yr. old practice considered to be one of the oldest forms of preventative medicine and healthcare. Digestion & nutrition are a foundation of this ancient system and it is believed that maintaining a proper dietary balance leads to longevity and disease prevention. Learn about this powerful practice to support the body and mind through each season. We will cook a seasonally inspired Kitchari; an Ayurvedic dish which is said to remove toxins from the body, along with ghee, cranberry chutney, and a cup of digestive tea. This meal is vegetarian. All offerings are gluten free.
