Description

In India, evening tea time, often referred to as "Chai Time", is a cherished daily ritual that brings families, friends, and colleagues together. As the sun begins to set, homes and street corners come alive with the comforting aroma of freshly brewed tea—typically a robust masala chai, steeped with spices like cardamom, ginger, and cinnamon. This warm, spiced beverage is paired with a variety of savory snacks, from crispy samosas and crunchy pakoras to light mathris and bhajia. It’s a moment to pause, unwind, and enjoy simple pleasures, whether you're sitting with loved ones at home, catching up with friends at a roadside stall, or sharing stories with coworkers after a busy day. More than just a drink, evening tea time is an integral part of the social fabric in India—an invitation to relax, converse, and savor the little joys of life.

We'll brew the perfect cup of tea and lay out a delicious spread of tea-time snacks, including crispy samosas, sweet-sour-spciy chaat papdi, sweet nankhatai, and more. Come hungry and ready to indulge in a delightful assortment of treats!
