Description

Beginners and intermediate painters are welcome. Those new to acrylics will learn basic techniques, color mixing, value, and application. More advanced artists will develop their skills through independent projects.

Our supply list is basic. You’re welcome to use what supplies you already have! Most items can be purchased locally. Paints, Paper, 3 brushes: 6, 8 round, 1/2″ flat are recommended. Other supplies for painting media, containers for water, paper towels, mixing tray or plates can be used.

Jody Lynn has been an Instructor in Acrylics Painting for many years. Her open, approachable style will guide you through your creative process while learning and having fun. She is a visual artist specializing in watercolor and acrylic painting. She has taught fine arts along the Connecticut Shoreline for many years. Her open, approachable style is well known and appreciated by students of all ages.
