Description
Pilates Sculpt combines Pilates with strength training. It tightens and shapes the body while improving flexibility, balance, and posture. This class uses small weights and other props to test and intensify muscles. This low-impact workout can be adapted for all fitness levels.
Students please bring a mat and a set of 1-3lb dumbbells.
