Description

This is a delicious almond cookie filled with raspberry jam and dusted with confectioner's sugar.  A great cookie to serve your guests, especially for the holidays.  Please bring a rolling pin to roll out your cookie dough and a container for your cookies to take home.

I am a passionate, amateur baker and I have won many ribbons in various baking categories from agricultural fairs around the state.  It is my pleasure to demonstrate how to make these delectable cookies and to share with you my baking tips that I have learned over the years.

Material Fee: $15.00 due in exact change the night of class.

Materials List: Please bring to class two dish towels and an apron (apron is optional).
