THESE CAKE BARS ARE SO MOIST AND SUCH A DELIGHT. THE COMBINATION OF THESE SPICES ARE SO WARM AND FRAGRANT, ESPECIALLY IN THE FALL!  (NOTE: THE WALNUTS IN THE RECIPE ARE OPTIONAL.)

Material Fee: $15.00 due in exact change the night of class.

Materials List: Please bring to class two dish towels and an apron (apron is optional).

I am a passionate, amateur baker and I have won many ribbons in various baking categories from agricultural fairs around the state.  It is my pleasure to demonstrate how to make these delectable cookies and to share with you my baking tips that I have learned over the years.
