Description

Material Fee: $5.00 due in exact change the first night of class.

Materials list: 1 skein dk weight (#3) yarn; US #6 (4 mm) straight knitting needles; 1 skein aran weight (#4) yarn; US #5 (3.75 mm) and #7(4.5 mm) 16” long circular knitting needles; US #7 (4.5 mm) double point needles; a cable needle; stitch markers; yarn needle; spiral notebook or legal pad for notes.

You know how to knit. Now learn more advanced techniques (cable and lace stitches, swatching, adding a new skein); how to read patterns and charts and substitute yarn; how to use circular, double point and cable needles.

Instructor has 50 years knitting experience, having started at age 16, and is knowledgeable in numerous knitting techniques. She has taught knitting for 10 years to both individual students and classes of 2 to 10 students.
