What to bring: Dish towel, containers for leftovers, one glass container for a recipe, and an apron (optional).

What to wear: Long sleeves and closed-toe shoes. If you have long hair, please tie it back.

Join Eliana — functional nutritionist, private chef, and Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach — for a hands-on, 2-hour healthy cooking class. Learn to prepare nourishing, anti-inflammatory, family-friendly meals that are budget-conscious and full of flavor.

-Live demonstrations and hands on cooking of simple, wholesome recipes you can recreate at home.

About Eliana: Eliana holds a Master’s in Functional & Integrative Nutrition (Saybrook University) and has 5+ years’ experience as a functional nutritionist, and private chef. She specializes in improving digestion, reducing chronic inflammation, and supporting healing with compassionate, and personalized guidance. Her mission is to empower sustainable wellness and create welcoming learning spaces for community support.
