Empowerment Through Planning - Taking Control of Your Future
Most comprehensive estate plans are focused around a Living Trust and Last Will and Testament. A living Trust provides benefits for individuals over the age of 18 who want to ensure that as much of their estate as possible passes to their beneficiaries while at the same time avoiding as much of the Probate process as possible, regardless of the size of your estate. In addition, advance directives are also used to ensure that people you want to be in charge of your affairs have all the tools necessary if you should become incapacitated. At this workshop, learn how your property passes after your death and how a living trust can simplify your estate administration while ensuring your privacy and protecting your beneficiaries in the future.
