Description

As we age, long-term care becomes statistically likely, but its so expensive. We have all heard the horror stories about someone losing their homes and the misinformed advice through the grapevine of "Just transfer the assets to your kids," "Its ok to give $16,000 per year," and "You won't need care!" These statements are not necessarily true. Long Term care planning MUST be done the right way or your assets could be at risk. Learn the truth from an experienced elder law attorney. Walk away with an understanding how you can properly protect your life savings, learn how Medicaid really works and how it can help pay for long-term care costs, and strategies to protect money if a crisis arises.
